Hi, I'm back now! Delirious and I are playing taq team taking care of our mom who just had cancer surgery. I left and now she is there helping for a few days. I love this word - so many possibilities! Let me think a bit...
I will pray for a speedy recovery for your mom. I hope all went well and will continue to do so.
Definition: A treadmill in slo-moSentence: After eating a Quarter Pounder, large fries, large shake and a McSundae for lunch, Marge decided she'd better put the treadmill on slo-mo or she'd have to catch her cookies in a bucket; but hey, at least she was exercising!
Dang, am I the only one playing this game? Where is everybody?
Yay, I'm back! Glad I didn't miss this round.Um...Nene....did you actually use the word that was posted? I didn't see it in your sentence ;)Dang..I need to think about this one for awhile. Nothing is coming to me.
Yikes, I didn't realize I didn't use the word! Okay, here it is again: After eating a Quarter Pounder, large fries and large shake and a McSundae for lunch, Marge decided she'd better put the treadmil on trabilmo or she'd have to catch her cookies in a bucket; but hey, at least she was exercising!
Oh, and see the definition in the first post. Criminey, I'm messing this up!
and I was gonna give you extra points for creatively NOT using the word. lolI think the heat is getting to everyone. I don't know how it is in ya'lls neck of the woods but its fairly sizzlin here.
Trabilmo: To receive three times as many bills as usual.Edith knew Christmas was over, owing to the fact that the after Christmas trabilmo had hit her mailbox.Eutychus, a friend of mine wrote on her facebook that she was so hot today that she thought the temps might be in the 100s. She looked at the temperature and saw that it was only in the 80s. She said, "It's going to be a long summer!" My husband just put in a whole house fan though, so I hope that will help cool things off a tad.
We are a bit cooler here today in NM - 81 degrees, but then that's why I love it here!
80s!!!! Do you need a jacket? That's been our lows for the last few days! We hit 107 yesterday and that's NOT the heat index. And no it's not a dry heat either. uhg. It's been this way for two weeks.I'm not going outside till October...
Eutychus - wait till I get back to Ireland on Tuesday - it's only been in the 60's there. Nany-Nany boo-boo! I'll be thinking about ya'll sweating your buns off while I'm wearing a jacket to walk to the store. :0) (Aren't I mean?) But then, I'll probably always be walking in the rain too. :0+
60's huh? How do you emoticon a rasberry? ha!Seriously, that sounds lovely. I lived in England for 2 years and love the weather-even the rain, but missed (some of it) the summers.
psstt...Eutychus...I think this was your word. :P
Doh! I am so sorry. Just the 3 of us, eh? Guess our rapier wit and stunning humor has left everyone speechless.Nene, lost her chance at winning by reminding me how hot and miserable I am by going to Ireland.:-) Guess that leaves you, Del.
