Hmm... well, the first thing that came to mind was homemade baklava, so... that's what I'll go with.

ooh, do you have a good recipe for that? My husband LOVES it.

Tyler, I don't, but I looked online and this one looks pretty good...

TIRAMISU

Okay, Sara, that is a real contest, I have to admit. LOL!

Tiramisu was my first thought - I'm with you on that Sara.

So my next thought is a day at the Spa. The kind that leaves you floating.

Not that I have ever actually had a WHOLE day at the spa - just an hour or two at most but I think a whole day would be heavenly.

I will be judging tonight so get your answers in!

BTW, Erin reminded me. I told you all about my special guy Andy breaking his leg almost clean through in January -- well last weekend he cracked the cast open on his foot, a week and a half before it was scheduled to be removed.

So I was dreading paying for another cast. But when they took the x-rays they found no evidence that there had ever even been a break, except for an unusual amount of new bone growth, so he is now cast free! YEAH. God is awesome!

OK, I think I'll give another word a chance now.

To be honest, it was a hard choice between Katherine and Ruth, until Mike came along and mentioned huckleberries. Now if you have never had a huckleberry, I truly pity you. But not as much as I pity myself because I can't get any down here.

So Mike, you win (rofl, I actually wrote Mike, you sin and had to correct it)

Dang it!! I was really hoping to get this one. And no I have never had the pleasure of a huckleberry but they must be something good to beat the spa!

By the way Tyler, what does "rofl" mean? I have been trying to figure that out ever since I first saw you use it.

rolling on the floor laughing :)

Huckleberries are amazing, no other berry can even touch it, but they grow in such a small area of the earth, in mid-alpine regions. It is the state fruit of Idaho.

I figured it had something to do with hilarious laughter.
