He could never understand why his wife laughed hysterically every time she talked to his mother on the phone.
He could never understand why his wife insisted on mixing his martinis every time she was infuriated with him.
I am torn between Nene's and Valarosa's answers because both left me wondering. lol I think I'm going with Valarosa. :)
